Включает готовый сервис, календари, офисные инструменты, Messenger, органайзер, адресную книгу, хранилище. Реализована на платформах: Web, декстоп-версия, приложение для смартфонов. Zimbra также включает ряд пакетов прикладных программ.
Функционал программы:
- получение, отправка и хранение e-mail писем;
- возможность индексации почты;
- работа с документами, в т.ч. с помощью встроенных редакторов (текстовые, презентации, для конвертации форматов и расшаривания файлов, форматы электронных таблиц; встроенный офис доступен в платной версии);
- интеграция с другими сервисами;
- настройка просмотра писем по теме;
- наличие календаря для планирования встреч, общий доступ к нему, папкам почтового ящика, документам, адресным книгам и т.д.;
- настройка предпочтений e-mail и прочее.
Преимущества:
- наличие бесплатного (с полным основным функционалом) и платного (предусматривает возможность доменного администрирования, connector для Microsoft Outlook и некоторые другие функции) тарифа;
- единый продукт позволяет получить доступ в корпоративное облако и сочетает функции системы управления проектами и почтового клиента;
- коллективная работа в приложениях;
- голосовая почта, чат;
- click-to-call, интеграция с соцсетями и другими сервисами;
- есть антивирусная и антиспам защита.
Недостатки:
- высокая цена подписки (много востребованных в данной сфере фичей – резервное копирование, система сжатия и прочее — перенесены в коммерческую версию, однако пакет модульных расширений от Zextras Suite частично решает эти вопросы).
